3 months agoI recently dined at the dinner buffet at Blue Orbit by Citrus in the Lotus Tower, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The stunning view immediately set a wonderful tone for the evening. The ambiance was beautifully curated, and the wide variety of dishes, including Sushi, Seafood Corner, Dumplings, and the special Strawberry and Blueberry Ice Cream, was delicious. The customer service was impeccable, enhancing our 11th wedding anniversary celebration with their genuine passion for hospitality. The atmosphere, presentation, and service were all top-notch. Blue Orbit is a highly recommended international buffet in Colombo, perfect for a 5-star+ dining experience. A must-visit for anyone seeking a memorable and exquisite culinary journey.

a month agoWe went to the dinner buffet on a Saturday night. Architecturally, it's a unique restaurant located on the 27th floor of the Lotus Tower, offering a memorable experience. The service was impeccable, but the buffet itself was quite average compared to other star hotels in Colombo, except for the high price. One disappointment was the showcase roasted duck, which was on display but not served. In my opinion, it's worth visiting once for the experience of the rotating restaurant and the stunning views, but if you're focused on the food, it may not be worth it. Be sure to make a reservation in advance.

2 months agoLunch at Blue orbit restaurant. Food was very good. Restaurant itself is very stylish. I would just wish to get some introduction from service when we arrive. Something like : here are starters, main, desserts. You can get free water and ice tea and other drinks are extra. Etc. This would make the experience a lot of more comfortable - at least for me. But definitely the best buffet lunch or dinner in Sri Lanka - no doubts about it.

3 weeks agoAn unforgettable evening at this restaurant on the 27th floor of Lotus Tower. We went there to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The panoramic views were spectacular, and the rotating floor added a captivating touch. Good variation of foods, desserts and we can order several drinks at a fair price excluding buffet price. The overall experience is well worth it for a special occasion.
